Skill cooldowns not showing the countdown

As the title says… After the skill is used, it does not show the countdown animation, nor the countdown numerals… its kinda annoying (probably glitch after the update today) I am playing demon hunter, the skills affected are ‘rain of vengeance’ & ‘multishot’… The other two skills “vengeance” and “impale” work fine, weird.
