As the title says… After the skill is used, it does not show the countdown animation, nor the countdown numerals… its kinda annoying (probably glitch after the update today)
I am playing demon hunter, the skills affected are ‘rain of vengeance’ & ‘multishot’… The other two skills “vengeance” and “impale” work fine, weird.

I’ve experienced a similar issue in Battlegrounds just now. Went in for a Shadow daily task and was met with skills not activating and/or not refreshing after the usual cooldown.
I’m a Blood Knight on EU server Angiris Council. Transfusion activated only once, Whirling Strike only activates 1 out of 6 dashes, Shroud of Night doesn’t activate at all, same as Swarm of Bats.
I’m having similar problems with my Barbarian…

After the lastest update I think everyone has this problem. Even the ultimate still icon isis
blacked out.

At my Crusi its the same problem, but only the spells at Pos 1, 3 and 4. at pos. 2 ist working normal ?!?

Again raises the question, why is the ONLY way to rally customer service a bunch of us ASKING the company to be attentive to the quality of digital product they sell. Its scary to know such a money sink has no staff to mediate failed purchases and other game related inconsistencies.
A platform this big with no accountability to customer service and even battle.net support refuses to intervene on the behalf of clients.

Skills CD not working… Ultimate Skill vanishes without using it. And abnormal heating of phone.
Also Green set doesn’t seems to trigger the buffs
Playing Barb, the cd countdown is not working on the #3 slot, no matter what skill I assign there on ipad.
Same, after updates my skills don’t show cooldown. I’m a necro.
I play a bk and if I use my dash skill I loose my main attack skill until I log out, I have spent some money on this game but no longer willing to fund a game that now un playable looking for another game now as this one is just overpriced for the performance you get
Same with Necro Skeletons and wraith form. No cool downs and no indication if skill can or cannot be cast.
Not only do the skills not work correctly. I feel like my character is stripped.
Everything has stopped working properly.

It works for me now, not sure if its fixed… But while i was in the game, i checked this thread and when i reconnected, because i lost connection (android)… The skills cooldown show properly now, so try losing connection and reconnecting - worked for me gl
If u guys are using PC, try unplugging the cable for a few seconds then plug it back it, hope it helps… happy gaming to everyone

Confirming above, not sure if it’s actually resolved or not but after exiting the client and re-starting a few minutes ago, skill cooldowns are back to showing timers on the ability buttons. (Restarting client hadn’t fixed this earlier)
It seems fixed for me now. PC by the way.
There are rumors that they were supposed to introduce using skills and attributes in the premium package,
but they pulled out at the last minute. Another rumor suggests that instead of reducing the character’s power
by 5% with the patch to make people buy gems, they gave a 50% reduction.
