Bug warband chest

Hi, I’ve been doing this for years, but I’ve never been able to get items from the warband chest. I don’t have any requested items, and they’re not anywhere on my character…
I contacted Blizzard, but they don’t respond, always with generic messages, and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.

Your also making a duplicate post when you’ve already commented on the last one you made. This does nothing but making helping more difficult. Linking the OP

doesn’t matter your still purposely creating duplicates

If no admin responds for months, there’s no other option…
