I can't get items out of the warband trunk

Hello, I haven’t been able to take items out of the warband’s trunk for 2 years, I have sent a ticket, written in this forum, and never anything… this has created a disadvantage for me over other players. Now that I read that there is someone who is responsible for answering, I’m writing again to see if I have an answer

You can only borrow one item at a time so if you are wearing one you can’t get another until you return it. When you open the wb stash is there some thing in the left hand box?

Dear, I’ve been playing for 2 years and the same problem, obviously I know that… I don’t have any items ordered or stored in the trunk or anything…

ok so the warband stash is empty then as well? What are the return settings for it/ whats your current level? are you getting warband chests doing events with wb members? The more info provided the better and the less guessing required

I still have the problem, the chest is not empty… and although I can leave items and receive chests, the only thing I can’t do is take items out, I’m leaving a post on reddit that I made with a video.

That is beyond weird for sure. What happens if you sort by class only? Shouldn’t change a thing but something to try.

I changed to all the classes to see if I could get an item but nothing… this is always the case, yes, I have never been able to get items from the chest.

Okay, so you might have already tried this but it’s worth a shot anyway…

  1. Speak to your Warband Leader to let him/her know you’re going to do this
  2. Leave the Warband
  3. Ask the Leader to reinvite you to the Warband
  4. See if you can borrow an item

I’ve already done it… I think I’ve tried everything… class changes, leaving and returning to the warband, joining another warband…
but nothing…
