Bug causing unjust bans of players

Hello, my account was unfortunately banned out of nowhere after only playing for a week. I never even made it to the winter zone, never used the chat option, never bought anything from another player and Ive only ever played with my husband. On top of that, the tablet used to belong to my husband and was wiped before he gave it to me. Since it is new to me, the only things downloaded on it are diablo imortal, a paint program, and crynchyroll. There is nothing on the tablet that could possibly interfere with Diablo immortal. I tried appealing the decisions, tried starting a discussion. But they never asked any questions, never sought to prove my side, just kept stating that i violated terms or code of conduct and that the ban would stand. I even offered to let them remote view my tablet while I played so we could figure out what is causing my accout to be flagged and so they could see I wasnt doing anything ban worthy. Still, nothing. I’m desperate for a resolution. This game is the primary way my husband spends his free time and I very much want to be part of that. I have never even gotten a warning before on any blizzard game, let alone a ban. Is it not at least worth the time to work with me and find a resolution? Hopefully this post will find its way to someone who cares and can help me…

I was perm ban too, without warning, after more than 1.5 year playing on my ipad and with an official sony ps4 controller. Appeal many times but…

Oh man, that would be so hard after playing for so long. I’ve read a lot of similar posts on redit and in the General discussion forum. Im hoping they will start to post here with their device info so they will start to see there is an actual problem causing this.

They did post something early december… The list of the official supported controllers in Diablo Immortal. And for them there is no problem for using them.
My sony ps4 controler is in the list.
I told it many times but you speak to a deaf.

I know, my PS5 controller is on the list too. A lot of people think it might be using a controller in combination with the automatic follow a party member feature. Even though its an in game feature. It also seems to mostly effect mobile players, like those usung a tablet or a phone.

A well-thought-out advertisement for the new year. Bravo, Blizzard, an appropriate time to kill the game.
At a time when other companies aren’t even accepting submissions.

Yeah I was surprised to see how many people were experiencing this and that there still wasnt a fix for it. I mean think about it, if there is a bug getting people banned for a false flag then thats a loss of profits for them. If its even as much as 10 percent of players then they would be loosing hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. Its in their best intrest to investigate and resolve this.

Got into playing again as i got a new Ipad with a nintendo switch controller, 7 days later perma banned and unable tp appeal…
