Anniversary gem missing

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

It says the gem was claimed but it’s missing from my inventory, I got one from elder rift by using legendary crests, but the one offered as anniversary is still missing.

There have been many people complaining like you. GhostSignals has posted a workaround article that may be helpful.
