[RESOLUTION] Issues Claiming free Blood Floe Legendary Gem from Battle.net

Greetings Adventurers,

As a conclusion to our 3 Year anniversary celebration, players can claim a free Blood Floe Legendary Gem from Battle.net between now and July 2nd.

However, we have received reports that some players have not received the Gem after claiming it from Battle.net. If you have claimed the Gem in the store, but have not received it, please follow these instructions:

Click the “Leave Game” button and wait 15-20 minutes before re-launching the game. We know many players have tried to leave game and log back in right away, however this is not long enough to act as a fresh login.

OR

We have seen some success by having players Click the “Leave Game” button that you can find under the Name Plate. Tap on your player icon in the top left corner of the screen, then the leave game button here. Go back to the Server Select screen, then back into the game.

We are looking for more options to address this issue, and will update you all if a new workaround/fix is developed.

If you have encountered issues claiming the Gem via the Battle.net app, please try again via the Battle.net web version.
