What's with the potent blood wells?

Potent Blood stuck in Blood Well

I popped the Blood Well to receive the Potent Blood. The Potent Blood spawned inside of the well, and I was unable to pick it up.

Potent blood fountains in blood harvest areas now bugged since update

Now when you defeat the mob protecting it, and activate the fountain, all the potent bood vials drop dead center in the fountain (previously they dropped on the perimeter) making them unattainable.

Can we get the potent blood dropping in the middle of the well fixed. They drop to where you cannot pick them up, I have probably missed 1k potent blood because of this.

Potent Blood Fountains

Potent Blood Fountains release the bloods inside the fountain and cannot be collected. In dungeons and in green area. I have confirmed both.

Title says it all really. The potent blood all drops in the middle of the blood fountains and you can’t pick it up.
