Title says it all really. The potent blood all drops in the middle of the blood fountains and you can’t pick it up.
Had the same issue. Was about to fill out a bug report when I saw your thread. Friend was able to Leap over the fountain with her Barb but I couldn’t get to them with my Druid.
Same here, but I can’t get to the drops even with my Barb.
Experience the same as well, two times with two different fountains, quite annoying so hopefully they will fix this asap.
Same for me too, was pretty entertaining, but I would like the drops.
Found out that you can leave the area and once the event ends the blood drops to the ground for you to pick up

Had it happen at 2 different wells in different harvest in different zones.
I found that out too… TP back to town, then return and the area should have turned into another type of event, letting you collect the blood
Tping out and back ONLY works in Blood Harvest due to the event changing in that spot… this work-around does NOT work in dungeon where the event does not change.
Blizzard, owes me like 200 blood vials.
