TOP 20 Helltide Improvements 🎩

Mah TOP 20 Helltide improvements.

1] Make them 24 / 7. IF season loot pinata can go 24 / 7 then so can this.

2] Mob density increased.

3] MAP in game shows where bosses, chests, ect are so I dont have to run buggy AF helltide com.

4] Steel chests now also drop 1-3 legendary items of item power 825-900. These items always have max slots and class specific aspects.

5] Gathering radius for pickups of cinders is increased 100%. This would help characters llke WW barbs.

6] Low chance for spawns of golden screaming hell vein, fiend rose, ect that give 3x the materials. 1 spawn per helltide of screaming infernal vein giving 10-20 forgotten souls. PPL want fun stuff like this.

7] Chance for cinder red goblins instead of normal ones. These goblins drop large amounts of cinders in addition to normal goblin drops. These goblins have a high chance to spawn red meteors when running away.

8] Diablo World Boss spawns at the end of each helltide if global helltide bar is filled up collectively by all players in that helltide. Fill this bar by defeating enemies, completing events, defeating bosses and elites, spending cinders, and . Diablo boss has his own loot table and uniques!

Example A: Lava Trident of the Underworld (Unique Polearm)
X Strength (Large amount)
X% Lucky hit
X% Fire Resist (Large amount)
X 5% Lucky hit restore resource and health. These are not separate. Its a combined power.
While whirlwinding and healthy, periodically spawn fire dust devils that last X seconds that burn enemies overtime.

Example B: The Insidious Signet (Unique Ring)
X Max Health
X Max Resource
X% Resource Generation
X% Crit Chance
X% Crit Damage
X% Crit Power (increases the 50% crit multiplier)
This ring only functions in helltides. This item breaks if you die in a helltide and costs 250 cinders to repair. When you die using this ring you drop all cinders instead of half. Any player can pick these up except you. (its insidous remember!)

9] Obal vendors are in each small city / town of the helltide.

10] Helltides can mix with season mechanics. Example is Blood Harvest could become Hell Harvest where enemies drop cinders inside blood harvest zone.

11] Rare and Legendary items can drop with hellish prefix (1% chance or so). This means is that the item will give an additional 1 to 4 forgotten souls when salvaged and its stats are increased 10% in helltides.

12] Players under level 60 are given the Blessing of the Nephalim in helltides. These players drop 25% cinders on death instead of 50%.

13] Helltide Enemies can very very rarely drop a skeleton key (better chance from elite and bosses). This will open 3 protection chests or 1 mystery or steel chest without taking cinders. Skeleton keys stack up to 99 and dont expire at end of a helltide.

14] Cursed Cinder Chests are in map. These drop 50-100 cinders based on how many waves you could defeat in addition to regular cursed chest loot.

15] Temporary portals can open in map like the dungeon affix and tons of enemies pour out.

16] Area contains hell shrines instead of normal shrines.
A) Fire Forged - Fireballs and Meteors cast on your attacks. Replaces Artillery.
B) Soul Burn - Works like greed but cinders drop instead of gold. Replaces Greed.
C) Power Hungry - Your skills have 0 cooldown and cost 0. Replaces Channeling.
D) Flame Nova - Emit a very large AOE flame nova every 4s that deals high damage overtime. Enemies that die to burn overtime always drop cinders. Replaces Blast Wave.
E) Diabolical - You become a demon with demon based skills for 30 seconds. Enemies and meteors at distance range on the map are drawn to you. You take no damage in demon form. Replaces Conduit.
F) Dark Pact - You always crit, overpower chance is set to 20%, and gain 20% max life. When this ends your resource is reduced to 0. Replaces Lethal.
G) Tempered - You are immune. Kills extend the duration by 1s up to 15s extra.
Replaces Protection.
H) Burning Rage - Cast an archon type fire beam at every visible enemy. Lasts for 60 seconds! - NEW
I) Blood Pact - Using a health globe spawns 3 fallen minions that seek enemies and explode. - NEW

17] Small chance opening mystery chests and steel chests contain 1 plat.

18] Chance for events to be hellish events with extra rewards and cinders but harder. Hellish events have a red symbol instead of orange.

19] There are now 7 types of meteors that can hit and each has a storm below.
RED - Current ones
BLUE - Chance to spawn screaming hell vein. RARE
GREEN - Resets events / hell veins / fiend roses / mystery chests ect that it hits.
YELLOW - Large amount of gold, some fiend roses, and other random mats.
BLACK - Chance to spawn mystery chest at 200 cost.
WHITE - FREE random protection chest. VERY RARE!

20] Meteor storms can happen where its 3 times the normal amount and 3 mini bosses. Seeing 1 storm of each type per day would be average. These are rare.

Even if they only implement the top 5 suggestions, Helltides would be exponentially better. The rest of the suggestions would make it a full fledged in game activity, which would be great!

point me fingere where we do have any cool activiti on a map im waiting

(world boss doesnt count he is on timer, league stuff doesnt count )

I keep seeing threads about this and I agree Helltides SUCK!!!

Have blizzard acknowledged this is an issue though? Its a super super easy thing to allow living steel to drop from NMD and other large ticket rewards … or even a vendor that would let you interchange the summoning mats.
