I have the premium battle pass. I’m up to lvl 74. I’m currently missing many of the rewards that have been earned and claimed. Mount rewards, weapon cosmetics, armor cosmetics, town portals, headstones and emotes are all not there even though I claimed them. Why is contacting support impossible about this? I paid for the rewards, they should be there.
I have the same problem. I’m not sure what all rewards I’m missing but I know for certain that I’m missing the bloodborne byway. I was also missing a few ashes until I claimed my last one so it’s not an issue on your end, at least.
Hey, would you mind also commenting your problem on my post? I’m trying to get more comments and stuff so that Blizz can see the issues we’re having. I’m missing tier 1-58 items after I bought the BP. I’ve reported it via support ticket and they shooed me away into the support forums.

So I’ve competed the battle pass but my rewards are not being given. I’ve claimed them, it shows a green checkmark, but nothing is actually unlocked. I’m missing mounts and emotes and armors. wtf. I have 3 characters for Season and leveled the pass on multiple characters. But i’m getting pretty salty the unlocks don’t work.
The squish a bat emote, platinum, awoken helmet, awoken mount armor, the mount from season journy chapters. omg I’m just MISSING stuff and it SAYS i’ve claimed it. T.T
Commenting for same issue. I purchased the premium battlepass at around tier 40 and all premium rewards are saying claimed but are not in the stables or wardrobe. Very frustrating - hopefully can be resolved in a timely manner. Playing on PS5.

Still not seeing marrow faulds(level 10) in wardrobe after claiming on Battlepass. Has anyone seen a fix for this on PS5 or a way to troubleshoot it.
I was thinking about unlinking then linking my psn from battle.net due to the ridiculous wait period of 1 year. I know some pople say you can add it back if its the same account but still.

Blizzard it is now season 3 and I have yet to see the marrow Faulds from season 2 do we ha e a fix yet?

There’s not going to be a fix. I’ve made a thread in the general discussion linking this and the other missing battle pass item threads to try to bring more attention to it than it just floating down the pc/console bug report. Most seem to think we simply forgot to claim the rewards.
But i’ll bump that thread for the rest of my natural existence
