im missing the spheral broadsword (tier 81 reward) on my wardrobe although i did claim it.
anyone having this issue?
Welcoem to the club. Here’s what to expect:
They arent’ going to unlock, you can wait it out with hope the entire season.
You can put in a ticket, they’ll tell you they can’t help due to it being an ingame bug, creat a thread here in bug report.
As you can see a thread already exists, FROM SEASON 2. Problem has been reported since LAST OCTOBER.
Blizzard has not even acknowledged it yet.
They were nice enough to cover themselves a little by adding if you don’t claim your rewards by the end of the season they’re gone forever. So I’d be taking some screenshots to prove you’ve claimed them
The screenshots won’t matter either though, we’ve had those since October 2023 too.
This is insane, it really is happening to people in Season 3 too. I get wanting to sweep it under the rug and not acknowledge it, but they aren’t fixing the problem either.
I also received the rewards for levels 89 and 90 and they are nowhere to be found
Still happening huh.
Will this ever be adressed ? At the very least refund the people who did’nt received what they paid AND played for.
