I’m missing the second skill point from my renown unlocks. Only the first was actually awarded. I did a full respec without having spent them and I’m not sure if that’s what bugged it out.

i think its a bug, i never got my first renown skill point when i clicked claim.

I have the same issue now when i unlocked the second skill point for renown rewards. Im level 28 and I still have a total of 29 skill points.

While I was playing a couple days ago I was tweaking my build and moving points around. I was in a dungeon, removed a point from a skill, left the dungeon, put a point in a different skill, and then removed another point. Mysteriously I got an extra point after removing the last point, went from 0 to 2 spendable skill points.
Not sure what I did exactly to make this happen. I have the proper amount when I respec now too. Very weird. I should also mention this is over 40 levels after the issue first happened. I was around level 20 when it happened and I’m now 62.

I were playing as usual and all of a sudden my Dash disappeared from my assigned skills… along with it the skill points. So. now my Rogue is on level 52 and out of my 10 renown skill points I only have 6. Tried even to re-assaign my all skill in the tree but didn’t help. Theyre still all gone and disappeared.

i´m missing skillpoints from the renown rewards. Maybe they are given as paragonpoints but thats not what the reward says… it says Skillpoint. i really would like to get the missing points. it wound be really unfair if other players have more skillpoints, especially when you enter the endgame PVP. i can´t believe there is no real support for such things! how do i get my points back?

How to calculate how many skill points you should have:
your_renown_points = sum of all renown points = 2 per unlocked 4th reward of each of the 5 maps (-> 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 points)
[This is part of the account reward. → You can use them on all chars. (So a new char starts with 10 skill points (SP).) And you can’t unlock that part of the reward a second time. (So you will only get XP and gold if you get 1400 points on the same part of the map with another char.)]
your_points_from_level = min (49, your_character_level) - 1
Explanation:
min(imum) means “take the smaller value in the parenthesis” = in this case “no value above 49 allowed!”
You start on level 1 and have 0 skill points (SP). On level 2 you will have your first SP. …
For levels above 49 you will get paragon points - not SP.
E.g.
you are level 48 → you are missing the SP you did not have on level 1 → you have 47 SP (+ renown SP)
you are level 49 → you get another point → so 48 points now (+ renown points)
you reached level 50+ → no new points → 48 points (+ renown points)
→ when you start getting paragon points on level 50 you should have a total of 48 + skill points for renown.
→ the maximum is 58
If you don’t provide numbers: please do the math yourself (and correctly). So many complaints because people ignore add a point for level 1 and/or one for level 50.
If (and only if) we did not get any points for level 50 we all did not get them? (But that should be paragon points according to the infos provided by the game!)
I guess I missed counting some tiles. I counted each object as follows:
- glyph socket = 1 (checked)
- glyph = 0 (checked)
- exit glyph = 1
- starting tile of each board = 0
- boards = 0
- normal tile = 1 (normal includes white/blue/yellow/orange)
According to my numbers I’m missing 2 paragon points. I don’t believe that I got 2 instead of 4 points for some level. More likely: I did not assign the right amount to some type in the list above.
I guess it’s time to visit my bed.
And I only need 20 more levels on my third char. I should not forget to check what happens while leveling from level 49 to level 50.

I have 2 characters with 44 levels, I got 3 rewards for each one (progress is the same):
map1 + skill point, + elixir, + skill point
map2 + skill point
Each one (Necro and Rogue) has 47 skill points and 5 elixirs, is it correct?
I should have 6 max elixirs for each character, am I right?
You start with 4 potions (-> elixirs above). Each map gives all chars 1 potion extra once you unlocked reward level/tier 2 (for the first time).
So: 5 is correct. (And max. is 9. AFAIK)
You should have 43 + 3 = 46 skill points?
Did you miss a bonus from another map? (The first reward is easy to get. A dungeon here, unlocking the map, finding some altars, finishing a few quests, … and suddenly you have a new SP.)
Did you miscount in case you did not reset the skill assignment?

Most likely you are adding 1 for level 1 (you start at level 1 with 0 skill points → first SP with level 2 … 48 SP with level 49)
and 1 for level 50. (the info in the game uses “until” - which can be interpreted in 2 ways. But for level 50 you don’t get a skill point.)
Max is 48 from levels + 10 from renowns.
When I started my first game i completed first 2 renown - got the +1 skill and +1 potion.
After the first character died and i started another one, both of the renown bonuses were checked from the start: and indeed I was with 5 potion, but no extra skill point.
Even after i completed the renown once again, i didn’t get the point. now both of the characters are the same level, but the second one with 1 skill point less.
I was trying out several builds, respecing a couple times and I lost two skill points. But I found a solution that worked for me; take off all gear that adds skills and do a full respec, I now have the correct amount.

Missing skill points too from Renown awards after update (or I only noticed after update) - I tried taking off all gear and refund all skill points, still short. Not sure what to do, sit it out or start over from scratch? I sunk so much time think I’ll quit if I had to start over.
I also experienced this issue. I did quite a bit of altars of lilith and strongholds in scosglen in one sitting and earned the 2 renown points, plus the 2 from fractured peaks which should put me at a total of 54 (50 norma + 4 renown), after refunding all of my skill points to respec my total skill points went down to 52 from 54 that they were before that.
Since most of players complaining get this wrong:
You start with 0 skill points (SP) on level 1.
So if you have 1 SP when you start after getting 1 SP from renown this should be normal.
Matheed, you have most likely miscalculated:
48 from leveling and 10 from renown is the maximum. So 50 from “norma” is not possible.
Seem crazy to me that this bug made it to live much less till bugging now. I just claimed 2nd skill point from Dry Steepes went to go assign the new point but was not awarded.
