Deathwish is still too overpower, Fragment of Destiny is a good start, but I suggest to make it more general.

your projectiles pierce 2 additional times and deal 100% increased damage
your projectiles chain to 2 nearby enemies and deal 100% increased damage

your projectiles return to you and deal 150% increased damage

Tal Rasha is dead and there’s no bringing that black’n’blue horse back to life.

And you completely failed to even touch newer sets that are in dire need of a revamp.

Phalanx need far more than 500%-600% boost in damage to be viable. Yes, it is a good change for the shield Unrelenting Phalanx per se, but they need to also add a hefty damage boost on Eternal Union Ring, on Warhelm of Kassan, and perhaps on the two handed flail Baleful Remnant.

Source: I made a LOD (rank 99) Phalanx pet build full of ancient items with rank 100 enforcer gem at 1000 paragon, tried a Torment 16 normal rift, a small group of normal enemies took 30+ seconds to clear… A phalanx build needs a ton of bonuses, similar to blessed shield, to function.

Phalanx can use the newly buffed norald set. It is another 400% multiplier. So in total this is a 30 times buff for akkhan build. I don’t know the math yet, I am going to test it in ptr and update this.

Lol this is Diablo 3, not PoE. There is no chain, fork and return mechanics for projectiles in D3 AFAIK.

This is a missed opportunity, I think those mechanisms are fun and should be introduced to diablo3.

Should not be a immortal king only that Barbarians can dual wield 2h. The rest of the suggestions seems lacking in total.

Now you know why his threads never go anywhere…some people just have no clue what game they’re actually playing.

Here is some feedback on your Wishlist.

Overall, I probably like 85% of it.

If I don’t comment on one of your suggestions, I am either neutral towards it or okay with it.

This will not happen, since completely new attack animations had to be made for that,

Yeah, this is an easy and important fix to make.

A VERY IMPORTANT thing that needs to be done.
Without the damage bonus to Shield Bash, no Shield Bash build will even be remotely useful.

I also would like to mention that a rework for Drakon’s Lesson also should be included in this list. The “3 or fewer enemies hit”-limitation needs to be removed.

As far as I know, Shield Bash and Blessed Shield already benefit from your Total Block Chance (which included the buff from Punish, Justice Lantern and some Passives) (but I could be wrong on this). Not sure about how Divine Fortress works.

If anything, I would increase the Block Chance based Damage Bonus on Shield Bash from 300% to 400-500% and the Block Chance based Damage Bonus on Blessed Shield from 250% to 300-350%.

Shield Bash is my favorite skill on the Crusader, so I would like to see it getting some love.

Alternatively, the block chance can increase the overall damage of Shield Bash and Blessed Shield, and you can get additional damage based on the shields armor, if that makes sense, similar to this:

Why not even buff the damage a bit more and reduce it to 10 stacks?
That could also make the build play even a bit faster.

Not sure about this one. Maybe also add a damage buff to Spike Trap?! Maybe even a damage buff to Fan of Knifes on top of that?

Oh, yes, please.
This is once again a fix that can be made quite easily without making much wrong with it.

Maybe even bring back Molten Arrow.

Is this based on your current Spirit or on your Maximum Spirit?
I would make it based on your Maximum Spirit. That very much would incentivise stacking +x Maximum Spirit as a Secondary on items more than if it would be based on your current Spirit.

I would not want to put this new effect on Cord of the Sherma. The Blinding Field proc is quite cool imo. Maybe on another legendary belt.

Sweet.

These are fine. That definitely would create some nice new interesting builds.

I maybe would remove Meteor from this item completely and just make it based around Black Hole. It does not has to be this Legendary, but also could be another Legendary, but we definitely need more Legendaries for Black Hole.

I think that the bonus on the 4piece set will disproportionally benefit Channelling and Blizzar - Apocalypse builds.

However, overall this is a very good fix for the Firebird set and 100 times better than the current version.

You mean that Fragment of Destiny should buff All Skills and not just Hydra.
Yeah, I am there with you, but I would phrase what you said a bit differently so that it is better understandable that you mean that it should buff All Skills.

Also, on a sidenote: “Slime Down” is not a phrase that is to my knowledge ordinarily used in English. When I read your title, I thought that you were referring to some sort of goo when you mentioned “Slime”, which made me laugh .

I would suggest to say “Slimmed Down” instead.

Otherwise a very good list for the most part.

You do realize this only buffs N6M4 right? By only 5-6GRs, assuming the Sentry cap stays at 5.

Since you don’t know the math, let me explain them to you:

a LOD at rank 99 with 13 ancients gives you 9750% bonus damage, compared to just 2000% of the Akkhan set in the new patch. That is around 1/5 of the bonus damage. It also gives you mildy stronger damage reduction at 52% instead of 50% for the Akkhan set…

Obviously, the 400% weapon set buff cannot be used with a LOD build, but even if you multiply the 400% with tha Akkhan 2000%, you are still getting less total damage buff than the LOD build i tried…

So trust me, when i tell you, that even with a 500%-600% buff on the shield, it will still be trash. It might clear GR80, with a lot of effort, maybe, at 1k paragon. That is with a rank 99 LOD and rank 100 enforcer…

You can try it on the PTR but prepare to be dissappointed.

it will always buff m6 since the damage granted is per sentry and it also reduces the setup time.
I also got a more unrealistic version in my original post.
