Cube Crusader’s Thorns of the Invoker 2 pieces bonus (Thorns damage now hits all enemies in a 15 yard radius) and equip Inarius, Rathma or LON
Cube Barbarian’s Horde of the Ninety Savages 2 pieces bonus (Frozen Enemies take double damage) and equip Pestilence, Inarius, Rathma or LON
Cube Sorceress’ Tal Rasha’s Elements (Damaging enemies with Poison, Cold, and Physical will cause a Meteor of the same damage type to fall from the sky. There is an 8 second cooldown for each damage type + Poison, Cold, and Physical attacks each increase all of your resistances by 25% for 8 seconds + Attacks increase your damage by 2000% for 8 seconds. Poison, Cold, and Physical attacks each add one stack. At 4 stacks, each different elemental attack extends the duration by 2 seconds, up to a maximum of 8 seconds.) and equip Inarius, Pestilence, Rathma or LON
Cube Demon Hunter’s The Shadow’s Mantle 2 pieces bonus (While equipped with a melee weapon, your damage is increased by 6000%) and equip Inarius, Trag’oul, Rathma, Pestilence or LON
Cube Witch Doctor’s Zunimassa’s Haunt (Enemies hit by your Mana spenders take 15,000% increased damage from your pets for 8 seconds) and equip Inarius, Trag’oul, Rathma, LON
Appliable to all classes.
Because sets become so important to cube, you want to chase all of them, for each class available, and even more if cross-class cubing is allowed. These changes would greatly increase replayability.
New synergies to be discovered.

Im a big fan of level capping the weapons. In vanilla, you could get lvl 61-63 items even tho the lvl cap was 60. Even going back to lvl 61 max on weaps would be a huge DPS squish (no ancient/primal). And would change the META. (And reduce the requirement of never ending bounty runs.)

2.) Your Dmg doubledips so much, that you do the GR150 in less then 3 Minutes-Solo

With the doubledip frome the two 6´p bonuses, there shouldnt be this much loos to the balance …

But the arnt … That healthy for the Game
