Baseline the top-adjusted clear from past and current eras, or, top clears from Season 28 (stripped of the average gain from the S28 Altar of Rites [-8.8 tiers]. We maintain a ledger with set power uninfluenced by seasonal mechanics to serve baseline clears before the introduction 2.7.7/S30 modifications.
S30 Buff/Nerf accounts for the set and item edits found in the Class Power Changes section of the patch notes.
Altar Power an across-the-board +1.8 tier buff from Altar of Rites 2.0.
Soul Shards the average power gained from equipping 2 Soul Shards.
S30 Prediction the expected peak adjusted clear after considering all relevant factors.

ahhh ok. I got my A6/Captain/Aughild falcon dude all queued up and rdy to rock. My inventory is a little too full to find things. Blame those fissures. Gonna nuke most of it once I copy over.
Wow… Now I really think they need to aim for a base of 140… That way there’s +10 GR’s worth of “play” that can be soaked up with the recycling of the power from themes.
altar or not im gonna put on my leapquake gear later and explore this. althou any barb build is gonna get like 50 tiers with the ring of fire. that thing is so fun.
Great analysis (as usual). Two things to note about Monk:
PoJ: the 6p buff in the tooltip was finally applied in the current patch, so the baseline (and hence S30 prediction) should be about ~2 tiers higher than listed
LoD: according to the patch notes, the 150% multiplier on Kyoshiro’s Blade was removed in 2.7.7. Remains to be tested in PTR, but if true this is about a ~6 tier nerf to WoL.
I checked the gear on my non-seasonal monk and yes, the base 150% damage has been removed. So while it’s easier to proc the big damage boost, this is still overall nerf.
Huh. I am really impressed with how balanced that list seems to be. I only play a few builds and have ignored most of the others, but getting nearly 50 different setups to the same power level, plus or minus 5%, that’s closer than I would have expected them to be able to slot it.
