No! You assume that “idea” with 9 cube slots is “amazing”. No is not. Beside providing “Power Creeps” ( a lot I might add ), it will just break the game play.
As a matter of fact, I made a post in October last year, with the exact same idea which we will have in S20. I am not saying they took the idea from me, but … at least mine was a lot better then yours.

One can use 4 immune amulets and with the current theme of season. Say, zdps support.
And yes, you forgot that there is not amulet for the immunity from the physical damage and all your amulets on the immunity (say, ALL of them) can’t save you from the rift guard with the physical attack. Also these your amulets can’t save you from disconnect - white mobs will kill your hero just by their usual physical damage.
Hence: you are completely wrong.

As for your first comment about my post on here, even the slightest amount of elemental damage will out heal any physical damage done to your character, especially when you get into higher GR’s as there is more elemental damage present. Go run the numbers yourself if you don’t believe me
The whole idea of you wanting 3 weapons, 3 armors and 3 jewellery in the cube is nothing more than an unachievable fantasy. Nev has already stated that the work required to add just a 4th cube slot is too extensive at this time, and you guys want the devs to put 9 powers available haha. You all need to wake up and accept the fact that it won’t happen.
Sit there and point your fingers at the devs all you want, they understand how to balance the game, hence why 90% of the players ideas don’t go through, they don’t get the concept behind multiplatform/multiclass balance. Let them do their job, and appreciate the fact that after all this time, they are still putting in more hours into the game than you do on your regular day to day job.

Ya, and that has been the theme for the last 19 seasons, so why should this one be any different? Since the start of ROS every patch has been adding game breaking power creep, buffing some classes far ahead of others, nerfing other classes into oblivion, introducing game breaking bugs, almost balancing the game then horribly unbalancing the game.
In Season 1, the top solo clear was GR55. In Season 19, there have been many solo clears of the max GR 150. If power to finish the GR doubles every 5 GR’s, this means the power output has been doubled 19 times. In just over 5 years, builds are doing 500,000 times more damage then they were in Season 1. This game has been broken so many times it is hard to keep track.
How is having 9 cube slots going to destroy the sanctity of the game more than any of the other failures of the past?
Test the game with 9 cube slots. If everyone is solo’ing GR150, then cut it to 6, then 4. That is what the PTR is for, testing. I can think of some crazy fun builds I would want to try out with 4, 6, or 9 cube slots that have nothing to do with GR150 pushing. Putting my COE in the weapon slot and slipping the Dawn in the ring spot only inspires me to play 2 weeks, then tap out like I have for the last 10 seasons.
Hey, moders (blue ones), do not forget about existing of the one forum rule according to which you MUST provide bans for ones who are abusing the report feature by providing reports for the posts without violations of forum rules (I can’t provide the appropriate quote due to ordinary maintenance, so find the appropriate place by yourself).
And do not forget about another forum rule about which I wrote in my post that was deleted now.
And yes: any tries to protect some forum users (say, green ones) from the obtaining bans by them, can lead to the situation that we have now on our native forum of D3 (which is not controlled by anyone; even the scores and suggestions - from the forms that are appearing after closing requests into tech support - are fully ignored, though they should be used to control of the work of blue ones), where moders (blue ones) do not provide bans even for the massive and explicit violations of the forum rules (even for swears and humiliations) in the very big amount of posts (check by yourself). Though they can provide bans for the opponents of their friends using evident rule. Sometimes they can provide permanent bans even for top players and guru of D3 (nonsense; one of such players has nickname Coltsovsky or something like). Sometimes they can provide ban for one and remove the posts of his opponent (without providing him ban to him due to the absence of violations of forum rules in his posts though these posts were removed) - i.e. they don’t even care what they delete. That’s why our native forum is sooner dead than alive.

Maybe want to check any of the Barb mega-threads where they were asking to stop being treated as second class citizens and be put on par with other classes after being ignored for many seasons. Balance has been very all over the place for years.
Ah, cool, lets see some time cards because I put in 50-60 hours in a 6 day work week all year long, no 3 day weekends, no shutting down for a week or 2 for the holidays. They may work 100 hour work weeks (doubtful), or work their 40 and go home (more likely), but we will never know.
Trust me, I appreciate all the effort Blizz and the Classic’s team has put into a game that is bringing in far less income than their other titles, they very easily could have let the game die years ago, but you need to stop hyping them up as being heroes for showing up and doing a decent job. They have managed to hold the ship together, but their is still a lot of room for improvement.
I believe it’s anything but small crowd and I believe I realize that giving feedback makes no sense since blizzard “knows best” anyways.
Believe whatever you will but I no longer take a single word from blizz as something serious and they continue to dig their grave nevertheless.
And now I know on top of it that partially it is the fault of that “larger positive response” group, if such even exists (if nev is not lying).
It is them who cloud eyes of the devs by drooling over anything they do. They are burying this game.

Same here. Season 20 is a bit ‘meh, whatever’. I played the PTR with WD to test new set, gonna do the season journey to get last stash tab and whatever that pet is and then… play non season or do the laundry I suppose. Maybe start spring cleaning a bit early?

I.e. if we suppose that devs really hear fans and introduce their suggestions (and they introduced your one after 4-5 months), after what amount of time should they introduce the suggestion from this thread with all its likes / views / posts? Let’s count.
(5 months)(2 likes)(30 days in month)(24 hours in a day)/(700 likes) = 11 hours.
Oops, something wrong - we have 20 days with exactly 0 reaction of devs at the time of PTR test (finished already).

Because it is still not end. We can just wait for the start of season 20 with its crappy theme, when all these people that do not visit official forum and who wrote their happiness about it to Nev (perhaps, making the same mistake about it as was explained in the first post of this thread) will start the game and will understand that something wrong. Or when other people that do not visit this forum and do not write their opinion will do the same. Outcome will be the same - great activity in this thread (or duplicates of it) and near to 0 activity in the game. I.e. if we all can’t explain evident things to devs / blue ones / fanboys, this will do fans. 
Though the probability of changing / adjusting the theme after starting season is near to 0 (say, remember the season with the bugged Squirts Necklace - we played with this bug during all season). And in such case fans will can make complaints to themself. Or to fanboys.
Moreover, it can be another interesting situation as in WC3: Reforged - devs said that they did not do some things (that they promised to add initially) due to request of some fans and no one can find now these fans that suggested this.
O, yes. And if we will see the evident and 100% proof of the fact that Nev were wrong or just lie about the most of fans that like the original theme of season 20 (just because she can’t physically know the opinion of the most of fans; on the resorces she can see only the opinion of the minor part of fanbase), she will say this:

their main problem (of devs and blue ones) is the fact that they forgot (or just do not know) about one simplest thing - amongst their fans can be (senior) programmers and hackers (these ones can modify anything without sources, including injecting of their code into the memory of the game process) + mod-makers, so these common words about problems with introducing simplest suggestions of fans look for them as funny joke or evident lie.
This is the same and in the case of other aspects of the game, because amongst fans can be engineers / scientists / professional psychologists and so on, that can provide their vision of the situation without any problems and these moderate programmers / managers / marketers / designers (i.e. devs) just do not have enough knowledge or IQ to counteract with them. The only way for them to do - to keep silence. Or to provide permament bans for ones who are real threat to them.
