Invincible mob against Belial blocks quest

Hi,
After completing the main quest. We went back against belial to complete new objectives. We died twice against the last form of belial.
The third time we were stuck at the early stages of the fight against a little mob which was invincible. This mob was with 1 HP and still taking damages from our spells but nothing could kill it.
We were stuck and had to quit the game.
