Enemies cannot die and they keep chasing and damaging me [Image included]

Still in Act I. I’m doing the quest ‘Trailing the Coven’. These enemies appear to have some kind of ‘godmode’ and they won’t die no matter what spell I use. My minions and follower doesn’t attack them. The 2 enemies keep chasing me and they deal damage.
