i have unlocked all seals on the altar of rites and got the wings but opening the act cache and getting primal i didnt got a sencond one, wondering if its a bug or if doesnt work for caches, i looked online and only says not from gambling or crafting, tyvm i will just like to know

Thanks for that post, I was coming here to ask the same thing. Seems very counterintuitive which actions can generate double primals. And it was super disappointing that the first primal I got after activating the wings was one in a cache so no bonus
