On Americas I have a notice that is only on the D2R tab just above the news box. Not a generic one. What you see may be region dependent or due to needing to refresh the launcher.

Kind of. But not really. Youāre not seeing your characters because the server is down. The server is not down because you canāt see your characters.

God I love not playing for a few days and coming back to see my characters gone. Blizz logic = ālets do server maintenance on the weekends whenever everybody can play, we donāt want to upset the unemployed people and do it on weekdays.ā
Like seriously, Blizz needs to find some new devs cuz this is just sad. Weeks after release on a game that came out 20 years ago, still canāt play. Love it.
Funny, there is a section above in these forums that says Blue Tracker. Imagine if that was linked to everything blue says.

Besides, I donāt like your posts. They are never a call to fix issues with servers or communications. They are white knight posts that only infuriate people. Do me a favor and never reply to me again.

Blue here. We do say stuff at times. There are a few issues that are being looked into and weāve put out brief messaging for it. No ETA at the moment for it. Do keep an eye out on the Twitter for any updates.
Note: Missing characters may happen. If youāre experiencing this issue wait it out a bit and the character should show back up once the system kicks back in.

If you donāt like someone posting, you can put them on Ignore. You donāt get to say who can post, where, or who they can reply to.
Click the portrait, go to summary, then at the top right use the drop down to switch from āNormalā to Ignore.

I have to wonder, are the devs that handled Remastering this game also in charge of taking care of the servers, and is Blizzard not doing that themselves? Because that would explain this issue at least.
Maybe itās the developers donāt have the money to maintain or have enough servers, and Blizzard isnāt shelling out the cash for it?
I donāt know, but its a possobility.

Still down from what im seeing, you think people would learn from their mistakes, but nah
As the title says, all of my characters are gone, except for my one offline character. I was just playing 7 hours ago and everything was working fine. Anyone else having this problem?
