[Main Thread] BLZBNTBGS80000011 - Unable to log in

So I was playing some Overwatch when there suddenly was a blackout. After it passed, I powered on my PC and checked if everything was fine. I am able to connect to anything but Battle.net.

For some reason, whenever I launch the app, it tries to log me in and fails, continuing in offline mode. When I try to play any of the games it again tries to log me in and fails.

I’ve already tried every suggested solution to the problem and I don’t know what to do anymore.
The error code is BLZBNTBGS80000011 and I’m using an Ethernet connection.

Hey you two,

We’ve heard several reports of players on the Telmex ISP having problems connecting to battle.net and games recently. Are you still having this problem? If so, please create a WinMTR test which catches a failure to connect to a game. You can use the IP address for whatever game you’re trying to play, as they should all be authenticating similarly. You want to restart the test if you get in successfully the next time you fail to connect. Once you’ve caught a connection failure red handed, run the test for about 5 more minutes. This will let us look for problems between your house and our servers which may cause this.

If you have problems with posting it due to a link error, go ahead and copy paste this into your next post, and replace “WinMTR goes here” with your test.

I moved a few of you here since this all seems to be similar reports and the title has been adjusted to reflect this issue more clearly. Please note that the BLZBNTBTS00000011 (digital signature) error is different from the BLZBNTBGS80000011 (can’t login) error. The error reported here appears to be with the BLZBNTBGS80000011, which is a connection issue to our authentication servers. We are seeing some reports with connecting to our web services as well.

We are seeing this across different regions and ISPs, some being Telmex, India (Alliance ISP), and Brazillian ISPs. We are currently gathering information for this issue. If you are running into this issue, please provide the WInMTR test requested above.

Same here, so I’m using Telmex and am getting the error BLZBNTBGS80000011 since 2 hours ago, and haven’t been able to connect to Warzone for 3 days.
