Pretty much what you can read in tittle…
Now is even worst, I can’t even register the billing address " Heads up! Something went wrong. Select another payment method or try again later."
I DO NOT live in the US, yet, ALL my billing methods are from AMERICAN BANKS…
Is there any way to fix this? plz, dun tell me to clear cache or try a different browser, allready did that, 10 TIMES!

I would actually recommend contacting support direct, via the support link above. Not sure if there is a conflict with your registered address, causing a security issue.
There is this also you can try.
