As soon as i try to register BILLING INFORMATION, not even at credit card info part, I get a message like the on in tittle… “Heads up! Something went wrong. Select another payment method or try again later.”
Had this same issue but I went in and updated my actual address on my card because it still had a previous address listed in my account for that payment method. until i changed that it wouldn’t let me re-sub. I had to enter the information in my account again with the correct address then make it it my primary and delete the old one. not very user friendly but it worked.
The first one, and something that WOW should be taking care of, my bank temporarily blocked my CC because it looked like was been made from FRANCE… and they didn’t have any information from me that I was traveling, looks like that WOW site, for some transactions, might have a french IP…
The second one, my billing address is NOT the same as my actual address, I DO NOT live in the USA, and, since my account has my real address and i can’t change my country of residence, there are always problems with this, pretty much because I use American CC to pay for Internet transactions.
So far, I managed to fix everything and registered the CC, I’m looking to buy the token tonight, I’ll keep you guys informed
For your first suggestion, is recommend posting in the General forums. CS doesn’t have control over where the billing gets processed from (nor your bank blocking it).

I had this problem trying to login from my phone and Chrome browser. I tried all of the fixes… Deleting payment methods, deleting cookies/cache, etc. None of it helped. Finally, I downloaded Firefox web browser and tried from there. It worked! I could add payment and subscribe from Firefox browser.
