Literally, ghouls spawned, and got nuked down in 3seconds or less. Couldn’t even do anything against players. They’re so fragile you can 4 shot them, you’re actually encouraged NOT to be a zombie now because you will be utterally obliterated by anyone in a 5 mile radius.
“But if I get away from the players, I can go and infect people!” Maybe 1-2 npcs, but then the stormwind guards will chunk your HP to no tomorrow. These aren’t the argent guards either, just regular stormwind guards.
Not to mention people confused why they couldn’t attack ghouls/ghouls can’t attack people because you need to flag yourself to even do anything…Mind you, this is part of a daily quest as well. Oh and player ghouls don’t give credit to it.
Sigh…just frustrated man.
Just remember, people asked for this nerf because they were whining…

when in actual fact, THEY were the griefers… and now we have a “non-event” thanks to their inability to accept a little chaotic game play for a tiny amount of time.
It’s funny, I am just going around during this “Stress test” Now and just blowing up any ghoul I see, I ALONE should not be able to 1v10 player ghouls.
The hell does that even mean? I literally just said that the ghouls can’t even fight and get obliterated. I MYSELF am going around 4 shotting them. Warmode has nothing to do with this.

I feel like this may be a bit intentional, can’t have the great saviors of Azeroth, Galactic Heroes, getting pubstomped by some zombies. ‘Wow these guys used to be such a big threat in Wrath! There Must Always Be a Lich King!’ now look how much stronger we are! It was never actually a problem, it turns out!
Flagged yes, warmode no. And to clarify, this is in stormwind and orgrimmar right now during a fully populated stress test, so there is alot of ghouls that are to be had…Yet they can’t even fight back against one of me, so they’re basically deer for the hunt for everyone else.
This is really sad to hear. I was looking forward to this event as I didn’t play WOW when the last one happened.
I wish people could see that one or two weeks of minor inconvenience is really nothing in the grand scheme of things. But - Nope. Have to complain and whine.
