Use the money I would receive to pay off my debts, buy a house, and use the remaining millions to hire some ambitious coders and what else I need for game developement and start my own game studio. Remain a small game studio, privately owned as to avoid greedy investors, pay salary and fund projects with the money I received as a Activision CEO, and eventually with the games that are going to be released.
As the studio gains notoriety, and the games starts to sell well I will rework employee contracts. I will take a small cut of earnings, the employees will have a higher pay than myself and we all get a bonus based on performance. My main job will be to ensure that finance and legalities are in order, as well as media representation - developers should focus on the game but the lead dev will be a part of the media representation, as they will have more knowledge of the game being developed.
I will endorse and work towards a microtransaction free game developement along with the lead dev, economy will be strictly game sales along with larger expansions for different game franchises. No small DLC sales. Will also work with not-china based companies to create franchise-related quality, physical, collectors items and fan-clothing that can be bought seperately.
At first the games will be purchased and downloaded from a website designed specifically for the studio and its games. Will eventually work with steam and GOG to release games on those platforms, but not Epic game store.
Will mostly use reddit for advertisement at first, but I expect to get more mouth to mouth advertisement as the studio grows in popularity, trying to save as much money on advertisement as humanly possible.

Whatever Activision or Microsoft tell me to do. In all seriousness, Iād axe all phone games and MTX and force quality over cash grabbing. If investors donāt like it, buy back shares and go private.

Just to be SUPER controversial, I would give all raids the same ILVL drops, and titles/mounts/toys/pets can only be earned by solo queue LFR.
Normal - Mythic raiding will only be done because people want the challenge.
