Fire the entire C level executive suite as well has the head of HR. Rebuild.
I first would make sure the mage tower brought back the old feral druid forms that were lost in the legion expansion. Then, I would allow more customization options for characters so people can express themselves more, and I would allow DragonKin to be tamed by hunters. I would make new classes that include blood magic, dark rangers (even as a spec for hunters), and other healing classes. I would take the divide away from the horde and the alliance and allow players to go through a questline to be with the opposite faction if they chose or to be neutral/friendly with both or neither even.
I have thought about this a lot.

Turn off the power to the servers. And wait for all the nerd ragers to show up at hq, wearing cardboard armor, and wielding the foam, or plastic swords they made screaming in protest, Restore powah to muh Warcraft Mr. CEO!

Reworking ALL prior content, at this point Iâm going to make every low level raid soloable but the bosses actually fight back but the loot is relevant, bringing more players just scales the difficulty. You get to pick a few little team members to come along with you to fill roles out that are just immune to damage so you can farm party members you like in open world.
Pet battles donât get a pet battle weekly anymore, they get one monthly + what ever is in the rotation.
Managing over powered addons out of the game so raid encounters wonât be designed with addons in mind.
Raids are now all separated into wings, doing 1 wing will now reward a reroll for loot (on current tier)
Raids are reworked to be designed for 10 people. You can add more people, the bosses stats will go up but less loot for everyone overall.
Two raid difficultyâs and two only.
Demon hunters now have a 3rd range spec and can be other races.
Vulpera deleted.
The expansion starts, as the player logs in they wake up from death after the lich king killed them, Torion or what ever heâs called gets killed then Thrall and Virian crash airships into the side of ice crown so we can escape.
He then kills the turtle the Pandaria is on and raises it from the dead and now has a floating scourge island.
Then start banning people that donât like my choices and remove instant cast flying from druids

Add Necromancer spec to DK and combat medic spec to Hunter.
Slow down the Diablo style combat and reduce animations so that it is easier to follow what is going on in large groups.
Hire a head writer who knows how to write character and storylines that make sense. He/she also is told to keep all stories ON Azeroth and ignore all the âhigher powerâ and afterlife nonsense that has crept into the game.
CLASSIC
Announce Classic plus when WOTLK winds down. Classic Plus will have new content developed for it and it will be an alternate storyline starting after Arthas died. Thrall stays as leader of the Horde and Slyvanus is written the way she was in Warcraft 3.
A Head writer is hired with same conditions as Retail: keep everything on Azeroth. No afterlife or âhigher powerâ garbage.
Prepatch for WOTLK Classic
- Updated character models
-Minor tweaks for some classes
-Retail LFG replaces the horrible tool they have in game now for grouping
-Content will be players stopping Deadwing from creating the Cataclysm. They are successful

Focus on actual in game content and not all the other fluff.
Add Garrisons 2.0 as player housing, Solo Que Rated Arena/Battlegrounds, removing caps from all enchantments including the battle pet ones that drops BP stuff from PvP, and Battlepet EXP Share. Iâll probably pay a ton of money to turn all the character models into anime characters too tbh. Vulpera would remain the same and Gnomes will look like uh, you know, the l*li characters.
And oh, cross-faction reputations that allow Horde players to visit Alliance cities, and likewise for Alliance.
Everything else in WoW is fine, no complaints.
