Your quest log is full

i feel like you’re not following the thread.

not all quests can be completed in a day, or a week.
not all quests can be abandoned.
not all quests have all of their objectives within a singular zone.

pretty sure i’d remember if this happened.

i’ve still got the cata pre-quest in my log, and the log has been increased in size since cata.

see my previous posts…theyre here for attention, nothing more. stop giving it to them and just interact with those who are here to discuss the issue with VALID points.
Im putting them ALL on my ignore list. They arent worthy of my time when theyre here to TROLL for attention over an issue that has NO bearing on their game.

You dont need to prove anythying to him…and his pointless point is asinine.
Do 25% of players play hunter?
i doubt it.
And yet they are making changes to the hunter stable. lmao.
it doesnt require 25% of players have an issue for blizzard to make QoL changes L M A O.

Start finishing quests before picking up new ones. The quest givers will still be there to give you the quests you have yet to do.

Makes sense given they are here for ATTENTION, not to LOGICALLY discuss anything.
That sort is why my ignore list is so damned long.
The best thing to do with an energy vampire is stop giving it attention its seeking and direct the conversation towards those who are interacting with valid, logical points, not the typical trolling “Muh uh” drivel, lol

Yes, it should.
I realize Ion hates OLD content, but some of us are still farming it and when there are 10 expansions worth of quests or so,…and unlike some trolling sorts MANY OF US werent here until Legion, so we still have THOUSANDS of undone quests to do to get those older mogs from questlines WHILE we are trying to play CURRENT content as well, yeah…the list needs to be about doubled so we dont have to delete things.

and its none of trolling sorts business or concern that we’re asking for it.

Im not talking about those quests, nor was the OP.

The thread is discussing someone who flies into Iskaara for the soup event, picking up 6 quests just because they’re there, then flying off to the emerald dream and picking up more quests and filling their quest log, and complaining about it while they dont go back go Iskaara or Azure Span at all for the rest of the week nor droppong the quests but continuing to complain that they cant pick up the quests for the daily ZC quests

I don’t see the issue with the current cap - zones should be taken one piece at a time. If you stop at, say, a retail zone, and want to go back to old content, try picking up one quest so you know where you left off for when you return.

There’s a few quests here and there that require time investment and can’t easily be dropped without having to start from scratch (looking at you, Garrison Shipyard), but these quests are really far and few between. Especially the DF weeklies, which are doable pretty quickly at this point in the expansion.

If you’re hitting cap often, it’s a telling sign you should do some questlog cleanup. Remember, trivial quests appear on the map now, so you can always find whatever quests you may be missing. Or, there’s also “to-do” list addons, where you can make note of doing something later. Adding to chaos just makes more chaos; once your log is full enough, at least for myself, it can be demotivating due to content overload.

No it would be like complaining about how cumbersome the hunter stable is, and how limiting it is to have to constantly go find one and get pets out.

Oh wait, they are actually fixing that. For a SINGLE CLASS.

But it’s just time, you say. Manage it better, your response. Blizz seems to agree that some things are simply cumbersome in that arena, and worth optimizing, apparently.

The thread is about a LOT of topics, not one single random topic you singled out to try to make some sort of ridiculous point.

If all you are going to do is argue for the sake of arguing, bugger off. Folks asked about it, folks wanted to talk about it, great. All you are doing now is griefing, because you are purposely picking out portions of arguments and twisting statements around to create arguments. I’d honestly call it trolling at this point, because no one is this obtuse.

It’s not griefing nor is it trolling. I’m legitimately discussing the topic at hand. You call it trolling because i’m not agreeing with your point of view (which ironically is a common troll tactic)

I’m not sure you know this or not, but topics can have more than one view point. Hardly is any topic ever unanimous in how it’s viewed. If you’re unable to have someone oppose your point of view, you shouldn’t visit a public forum.

I have yet to have someone give me an example of them ACTIVELY working on 35 (current max) number of quests. No one has been able to step up do that yet (because they can’t).

Meaning there really isn’t any issue at hand. It’s something that’s remedied by the players themselves.

lmao…that trolling joke a few of them are making or implying is hilarious.

“Muh only uhfects 3% of playerzz”

LMAO
yeah?
and blizzard makes changes for less than that every time they update a class / spec that no one plays :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:

That is ALL youre going to get out of the attention seekers on topics like this.

  • there is ZERO VALID arguments against doubling the quest list
  • doing so has ZERO effect on their game

yet here they are, whining about it anyway, which tells me theyre here for attention they arent getting elsewhere. Dont give it to them.
Offering an opinion ONCE on a topic that doesnt affect me is fine. Maybe ONE response to clear some point up.
After that Im trolling for attention, nothing more.

Id argue that latter point, lol, but the former is spot on.

this hoax of “you dont need it because i dont need it”, which is the ONLY argument they have lmao…isnt an argument AT ALL.

Instead of dropping quests, you could go complete them…
Seems like an obvious fix to your problem. If you don’t care about completing them, then just don’t pick them up.

No one needs to. Because you aren’t the gatekeeper of this topic, or resolution. That you are acting as one is the reason you are being called a troll. You have said your peace, yet you keep arguing with folks because you simply feel their point has no merit, when there’s no argument being searched out. Thus you are trolling. Arguing with folks simply because you disagree. It’s not a legitimate discussion, it’s an attack.

In addition, you keep responding to folks telling them they are wrong, and they should stop having the opinion they have, and trying to force them to answer to you as if you are some sort of authority, and by attacking them in this manner, even when they’ve asked you to stop, you are now menacing them. It’s an aggressive form of attack, commonly known as bullying. Which is why you keep getting flagged.

It’s not participatory, it’s aggressive, and it’s repetitive, and it’s threatening.

I just don’t pickup quests to fill my log. Unless I’m planning on doing them in the next couple play sessions I don’t bother.

See, this type of response, even though it’s contradictory to several arguments on here, is simply an expression of opinion, without attack or threat. This is a fantastic point that someone’s choosing to make, even if folks disagree with it. Thank you for your input.

Still ends up being irrelevant, however. I dont play MY game how they do…so their interjections are irrelevant / pointless.
WHEN they start playing like I do…farming all over the game world for quest mog drops WHILE trying to get CURRENT content questing done, THEN they might have some semblance of a point to make.

I’ll repeat…

therefore all of their arguments are null and void.

which is why he should just be ignored.
Making a post to offer some suggestions would be fine, but once they start trolling for attention they arent worthy of the time it takes to read their baiting, attention seeking posts.
This thread has gotten about 10 more of them added to my ignore list.

“muh dont has duh prolem” ISNT an argument regardless of their thinking it is, lol

I’m not saying it would happen, but with WoW’s player base there would probably be some players who decide to load their quest log up with hundreds of quests, just so they can gain a few levels quickly when the new expansion drops.

I agree ITS bad bad BAD super duper BAD.
