Well there’s no guarantee that even if you did all of that you’d get a raid spot in a dedicated group without knowing someone first particularly if you’re inexperienced or don’t have a gaggle of guild friends at your beck and call to do raids or group activities.
Those for a newcoming or average player are alot of barriers of entry to an otherwise hostile and gatekeeping community, who insist nothing is wrong as the game slowly falls in around them.

The dps and heals are expected to perform as well otherwise they can benched. Again you’d know this if you’re doing the content. You’re just full of buzzwords you have no clue what it’s all about
You mean like looking at wowhead for your optimal enchant/food/gems and buying it in the auction house and use it. Most guild at the high level dont even buy their food and flask since it’s being provided by the guild. Again you’d know this if you’re doing the content
There’s never a guarantee of any raid spot at a high “competitive” level if you dont perform. Again you’d know this if you’re doing the content
If the tank is inexperience dont go into high end guilds. If anything play a dps/heal 1st. There are only 2 tank spot for a guild. Ofcourse you’ll find it hard to get into guild as main tank. And who’d want to tank raids anyways. It’s hella boring. Why’d you think I quit tanking in raids
Well until it’s made easier or Blizzard stops throwing all their eggs into one basket when it comes to WoW then it’ll continue to stagnate until there is nothing left.
