I’m pretty sure nobody agrees with someone who just has too much free time at their hands and needs to fight the internet, because you can’t feel joy otherwise in your life.

People on the forum act like nobody else plays the game at the time they play so groups are actually impossible for them. Guilds are also not an answer for them because every guild are elitist gatekeepers.
OP’s idea is horrible. As someone who’s done certain group farms like hardmode 5 mans in the past I can tell you 1 thing that never fails. Soon as your group member gets the item they bail. It’s stupid to expect everyone to be forced to find a team for every arbitrary old piece of content, just to have a tiny chance at an item and now also have to share. NO THANKS.

Hard pass on that idea. Soloing old content is the only thing that keeps me playing the game.

Bad idea from the OP, unless they make the rewards relevant to current expansion, then no. If I need to form a party to do an old raid, and it has any challenge remotely close to current content, then it better give relevant gear.

If you want “memories” or “nostalgia “ just don’t run the raids until their time walking week rolls around.

I should be able to instantly annihilate any raid boss starting from Nathria on accident while walking past them eating doritos and not paying attention.

Honest ,take on this old dungeons should be able to solo they are old ,raids maybe a little hard due to mechanics maybe with a partner especially with the last two expansions.
And please ,don’t mythic every single one of them for cry out loud.

when i first started this game i had no clue that people DIDNT do old content together.
I sat waiting for HOURS for anyone to run a Mists raid (ToT, I didnt even comprehend soloing it at the time, lol).
I asked about it in here, got quite a chuckle from a list of posters telling me that “no one runs old content in groups anymore” and not to waste my time trying.
So theres that.

Who really cares about people when they have OCD collecting everything issues. It just seems lame that 1 person solos a raid that was designed for a large group of players.
God you only need 1 mount… like do you need 125 cars or what?
I logged into my account just to say: this is quite possibly, one of, if not the dumbest thing i have ever had the displeasure of reading on a WoW forum.
It doesn’t even make sense… you think that youd ever be able to find a group? Youd rather spend hours trying to form a group for old content that keeps falling apart because no one wants to make a raid for old content?

I think it was maybe three hours I sat waiting way back when for a ToT group to run with lol. It was a LONG time.
not one person bothered to sign up to run it with me.
Whats confusing is IF they want to run it at level with a group, nothing is stopping THEM from guilding up and doing just that.
No valid reason whatsoever to screw OUR games up because they feel the way they do about it.
Farming old content has literally kept me subbed during the crapshows that were BFA and SL.
Had I not been able to solo farm that stuff, Id probably have quit the game permanently then
Yeah, because the thing this game needs more of is bars to entry and hurdles to get into content.

We are in the world of speedcraft and loot means nothing anymore, blizzard will end up giving it away in the trading post or turning it into a mythic plus anyway
