Sounds like a you problem, they aren’t going to change it, they have a solid stance on 2 expansion rule, more gear = easier farm.

WTF is with legacy content?

Blizzard and their desire to pad in time while being disingenuous about how they would handle the squash.

This has been an issue since Shadowlands development where it was called out during testing of the stat squash, and we were assured (or lied to) that they would adjust the legacy buff to compensate for the power loss with the level / ilevel squash.

Don’t expect any changes, though feel free to buy DF and level to 70 so you can maybe have an easier run of Legion content, just don’t expect to be running anything from BfA until DF is almost over.
