Wrong tranfer character

Hello,

On Monday, I paid for the game subscription again, and my character was on the Ashkandi server. They gave me a transfer because that server was no longer active and was blocked. I wanted to transfer to Mankrik, not Atiesh, but I accidentally selected the other server. Please help, I can’t play with the people I wanted to play with, and it was an accident. It’s only been 1 or 2 days, I think. Where can I appeal this and get help?

You can open a problem with purchase ticktet but depending on the realm status u mite not be able to transfer to mankirk.

Usually GM staff can not undo a character transfer during a free move such as the one you were given.

I do not believe a GM can undo this, once chosen.
