As an update, I queued for and completed a Heroic dungeon. When I came back, I could suddenly interact with the Quartermaster again. Leaving the area previously (and logging out overnight) had not fixed it.
This unfortunately didn’t solve my issue. I queued up and did a heroic dungeon, came back and still bugged. This is a genuinely crippling bug and they’re more worried about nerfing the spawn rate of the mobs that drop keys…

Still bugged for me aswell. Will be reset soon and was hoping to unlock the black scales tonight. thanks blizz

Same on Proudmoore. Some people can click the QMs, some can’t
I can’t even find wrathion or sabellian for to pick which one to support as well as their quartermasters not being able to talk to. They aren’t in the throne or at key turn in spots but I have the WQ to pick a side.
Same here. Bugged on Ghostlands.
I submitted a bug report in game, but I don’t expect them to look at it for weeks.
As a small update, the only thing that fixed my issue was disabling my addons and/or turning warmode off (after having turned it on to try and fix it, which didn’t work). So either disabling the addons or the warmode swap fixed it… Or just time passing.

I have now tried going to Ogr, dying, joining different groups to change shards, logging out and just leaving the area. Nothing works, all I want is my black scales

Same. I can’t interact with either Wrathion’s or Sabellion’s quartermasters.

No interaction here - going to fly to a nearby Inn to turn off WarMode…

I went up to a friend with wrathion and it won’t let me talk or interact with the mayor lorena belle or any other quartermaster
up, relog, warmode on and off, in party …nothing… we all need help here Blizzard
