same here, true friend sabellion @ stormrage cant talk to either QM
Got True Friend a couple of hours ago and I was unable to interact with any of the Quartermasters. Logged in recently and still unable to, I even flew to the next zone, came back, and still no luck.

Still having the issue, it keeps happening randomly. I have tried leaving the zone to a different one, going to other continents, logging out, clearing cache, doing new quests, etc and still run into the can not interact with them. I would like to be able to turn in my signets for rep

Having the same problem. So far nothing has worked. Hoping when I log back in tomorrow, it will be fixed.
Same here; they worked for me when I showed up ≈15 minutes ago.
really not cool. farmed for 7 hours to not even be able to reap my rewards haha what a joke. super unsatisfying

Also having this issue with both quartermasters suddenly being uninteractable when they were interactable not 5 minutes previous, as well as the Innkeeper on the Wrathion side not being recognized as a rested space.

Just reached True Friend and I can’t interact with quartermaster at all now. It was fine up until I finally reached it. Tried relogging, reloading, hearthing, flying to another zone, entering an instance and nothing has worked. Can’t believe I farmed for so long for this to happen
Not sure if it’s a coincidence, but I got the Wrathion quartermaster to talk to me again after I went back to Valdrakken and turned War Mode off

Just happened to me as well. I bought the toy off of her, went to do more key farming, now she won’t let me look at her stuff. So rude.
EDIT: Now Atticus Belle will not speak to me. I can’t turn in my signets.
The comment above mine makes me suspect this is a phasing issue since War Mode is a different phase.
Interesting, I have never been in war mode and had this issue. I do hope it gets fixed though. I need to work on Sabellian rep and have items to turn in and cant.
Assistant Quartermaster Atticus Belle right next to Wrathion Key turn in space takes the signets now
This seems to go hand in hand with not being able to participate in the events (Spider, Dragon spawn, picking up weapons & filling the bar, etc).

I just spent 3mil gold to get the rep, how I cant interact with the vendor to turn in the marks. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
Confirmed broken for me after reaching True Friend with Sabellion just now.
No quartermaster in the area will talk to me:
- Tried going to different zone and flying back
- Tried turning WM off and testing
- Tried turning WM back on and testing
No changes with anything. Just waiting for it to be fixed I guess…
It worked for me again all of a sudden and in the same moment one of the zone events was starting. What’s also weird: At the same as not being able to talk to NPCs no zone events would spawn and even those I would trigger with 20/20 turn-ins would not work for me, killing the NPCs I just spawned would give me no rep.

Same issue. Just went up a faction level, and now I can’t interact with the Quartermaster.
There is a separate but possibly related issue with mobs in the Obsidian Citadel not giving rep or drops when killed. It’s usually when there are a lot of people all tagging the same mobs. A few do give rep and drops, and most don’t. Very frustrating, and it artificially increases the grinds that are already there.

Can we at least get confirmation from Blizzard they are aware…
It’s such a niche issue I’m afraid this won’t get fix anytime soon and for all the players trying to get gear getting stuck by a bug after hours of grind feels terrible…
