Reached Cohort with Wrathion, unable to talk to quartermaster Lorena Belle or open up inventory. NPC just repeats “Your friendship with the Black Prince will not go unrewarded.” every time.

Seems to work now once I advanced in rep.
Just reached true friend with Wrathion. Unable to interact with the quartermasters at all anymore.

I am now having this issue, I have had no issues with the quartermaster for wrathion all of the sudden today I can not talk to them at all. It won’t even let me look at what can be purchased.

Please fix these quartermasters, even when intractable the necklace and cloak are not purchasable even at true friend status.

also having the same issue max rep with wrathion vendors now broken
So I tried leaving the area completely and doing some other quests and such. Then relogged and came back after like an hour and the vendor worked.

Vendors seem to be unable and able to talk to just at random, the quests you get come and go, the achievement you can get get progress, and then reset.
This whole area is bugged

Hello, my friend reached true friend and could not open the vendor. I suggested that he level his sabellius rep to see if it fixes it, and it did. I hope this helps anyone who is stuck at true friend 
What did he get his Sabellian rep up to ?
Been running into this bug all day, there are times I can talk to them and then all of the sudden I can’t

Thank you, this worked! I flew out to the Plains and back, and the Quartermasters were back, and I could interact with them!

Incorrect reputation labels have been fixed and items are purchasable. If vendors are not responsive I found success leaving the area and coming back.

didnt work. i started with sabellian rep 1st. i noticed this last night as well. i was able to click on this vendor and view rep items since release then all of a sudden last night i couldnt. then randomly after about 2-3 hours of grinding i could click and view vendor again.
i logged out for the night and now upon logging back in this morning the vendor is unclickable again. cannot view or purchase items from Xaldrass the assistant quartermaster.

As of today, I’m also not able to interact with either the Wrathion or the Sabellian quartermasters.

I’m having the same problem after hitting Fang with Wrathion today. I’ve logged off for over an hour. Left the zone, flew back. Hearthed to Valdrakken, flew back. Hearthed to Dalaran, closed WoW, deleted cache, flew back.
Edit: At some point it fixed itself within an hour or two of playing, no clue what did it though.
