There have been a few posts about it today so it seems like other people are having similar issues
It can take up to 24 hours.
This is a post about people buying tokens with real money to sell for gold, but the people in this thread seem to be doing it the opposite way: paying gold for tokens to redeem for balance/game time.
In my experience buying tokens this way has always given the token in my mailbox instantly so this bug seems to be something new.

Yes. I’ve been freaking out about it for the last 12 hours.
The second I saw that the two I bought weren’t in my mail, I knew something was wrong. The longer time passed, the more worried I got.
I sent a ticket, and they refreshed my mailbox. It fixed it. Anyone that has this problem might want to do so as well.
My sister’s GM didn’t refresh her mailbox and is in ticket again. Be sure to mention that if you make a ticket.
You can refresh a mailbox?
I’m happy for you! At least now I know there’s a way to fix this.
I think that the gm wanted to reset her interface. That is why they didn’t refresh it. After I had her refresh her interface shortly afterwards, she got it.
Only a GM can refresh your mailbox as far as I know.

Apparently, somehow my mail containing the two tokens got deleted. I wasn’t aware that was even possible, because it says in some support article somewhere, that tokens can’t be deleted. The GM that helped me said it could potentially have been an addon that did it, but I can’t imagine which one it would have been.
For those who have experienced this problem, make sure to just disable all addons, next time you buy a token, just in case. I know I will.

The same thing happened to me today. I sent a request to the GM. There is some sort of bug or an issue with the WoW tokens.
I finally got my 2 token today thank you.
i sent a ticket too,but there is no response.
