Open a ticket if you need help with this, because Blizzard doesn’t respond to posts here or troubleshoot individual issues.

Just so others realize that IF your inventory is full when you attempt to pick up the token, it may be sent to the in mail system as an error. So make sure you’re inventory is clear as to accept the token once picked up.
I just bought a wow token and it completely disappeared. My bags were empty, I’ve tried reloading, exiting the game and returning etc. About to open a ticket. Did yours ever show up??
I actually heard from support really quickly, which was a very welcome surprise! It is a known issue and they’re working on it the support person said. They also said there is no work around atm.

I have the same problem. Bought a token yesterday, the token didn’t appear in mail and the gold vanished too. I sent a ticket, but he said that it is in my bags. Maybe the tokens learnt to become invisible, because I can’t see it. 
Same thing happened to me this morning. Took my gold and I never got the token. I ended up opening a ticket but have yet to hear back. Glad I am not the only one with the issue.
I got my token!

from the ticket response or did it just show up eventually in mail? turned off addons? reinstall game?
