I got the new privacy policy to electronically sign. That has nothing to do with Overwolf. I don’t even use that.

Every one that has an account had to electronically sign that today or whenever they next log in to Battle.net launcher.

I’ve been Using the CurseForge app since the open Alpha started and there is no malware or spyware.

It is in the ads that take up 1/3 of the apps area.

The change in TOS is legit and has nothing to do with overwolf. The screen that pops up is generated by the battlenet app.

Also alot of naive people/trolls out today.

I dont have overwolf and I was sent to the EULA page. Game wouldnt let me login till I accepted it. I have no idea what OP is talking about.

Here’s a summary for all the tiny brains having a hard time with this: Weird stuff happened only after downloading overwolf, once said program was uninstalled immediately, weird stuff no longer was there.

I had steamed broccoli for dinner last night. Right after the meal, I stubbed my toe. Conclusion: steamed broccoli causes stubbed toes.

I just logged onto BNet, and guess what…I got an update for the EULU…totally legit. I don’t have Overwolf.

You know, there are lots of reports that Overwolf is not the best software to use, but spreading BS about it like this does not help.

I downloaded it, I turn it on to install or update addons and then I turn it off. It doesn’t run in the background it’s off. I guess I am lucky or something that it seems to be working.

Later this year when ads will be enabled we’ll also offer a subscription option to remove ads.

Which I will be subscribing to just like I did with the old Curse Client and currently do with WoWHead. I have no problem with that especially since 70% will go to addon authors.

Then use the Cursed Forge website and DL them yourself. You act like the Overwolf launcher is your only option.
