They want a developed, clearly not straight couple… with voice acting.

You think you are smart, but you are not. All your arguments are easily countered.
They also don’t make a story bad, but they always give more material for a story.
Tyrande’s story has always been about fighting for her people; but she also had to fight for her husband… THAT is story. Good or bad. Tyrande’s whole defining thing is not that she’s straight, her defining characteristic is that she’s a fighter (she also just happens to be straight and her love life is sometimes an important part of the story.)
We can do just that for LGBT characters. But, logic is too hard for you… you wouldn’t get it.

Oh, I thought this thread was just a request for more representation in general. I for one would have loved if Thalyssra was gay. It wouldn’t detract from her character, could have made it very subtle and suggest she knew of Tyrande from back when they both grew up in Suramar.
Does she need to gush over Tyrande? Of course not. But maybe an emote or something along the lines of her blushing when they first meet. And then done. You don’t need to bring it up again unless it’s relevant. Perhaps if her and Tyrande cross paths, they could bring it up again. But that type of stuff.
I don’t think people are requesting Anduin to pause, make a shoutout to all his crushes and come out in some cutscene.
Maybe explore characters more to add tension to the story. Unrequited love, going back to Thalyssra, is a very big theme. Heck, it made Illidan who he is. It’s just things we can explore with characters who already have poor development anyways.
I mean Overwatch did it. They did it in a great way that was there if you wanted it, but really isn’t seen at all in-game. In WoW, their novels don’t really even do much at this point besides tell me how great Sylvanas is.

Yet you want to push their reality into a game. Why? People die for all kinds of reasons in this world. CHRISTIANS ARE BEING SLAUGHTERED IN NORTH AFRICA EVERYDAY. Does that mean i want the crucifix or christianity in a fantasy game? No. And it doesn’t belong here either. You argument is stupid and irrelevant.

This ^ guy said it best. The reason DICE and Battlfield 5 failed was it’s historical inaccuracy and them spending time to implement ‘diversion’ rather then spending man hours on making the game, you know, uhh good. Then the icing on the cake was when the CEO said ‘if you dont like it dont buy it’ lmao
