First of all, I’m a programmer, if I program my software to randomly do task A or task B, setting the percentage for the randomness as 50% vs 50%.

Of course I’m aware of the slowing rate of growth of some populations, but you’ll notice one thing these civilizations have in common: industrialization. It isn’t “promoting” the LGBT+ lifestyle that’s slowing population growth, it’s urbanization.
Furthermore, even in the… ridiculously unlikely scenario you’ve presented, there are manners in which population growth can be cultivated simply with the use of technology and science. It’s already being done, in fact – by LGBT+ folks wanting a family of their own.
The fact that the best arguments in favor of blatantly discriminatory and, frankly, cruel dogma that advocates destroying lives – ACTUALLY destroying lives and not just hypothetically – speaks a lot for their illegitimacy. In the modern age, it’s time to do away with these harmful, primitive superstitions. We’re above this.

Putting aside that we are obviously way, way more advanced then the ai’s we can make (or even animals are way more advanced), are you saying that we cannot program ai to make choices based on learning?
Certainly this is not the case! AI can definitely find their own path out side of if statements, and loops. In a similar way, we and animals can do the same.
I encourage you to travel the world, specifically to parts of it where a culture was predominate in one time, and then a few years later ceases to exist there.
