WOW needs more diversity

Ah yes I remember in my youth going “Man I WANT to be mentally abused by a old crone. I WANT people to want me dead for being born”

Please.

No apologies necessary, but it’s commonplace on the forums. Parody is just another form of discourse. An albeit disrespectful one oftentimes, but it does help to try and add at least a tad bit of comic relief. At least to those of your own stance, if no one else. But I don’t see much to respect in the opposition here anyway.

I can’t believe this barn fire hasn’t been put out yet.

This is an eternal discussion. It will never be resolved. No minds will be changed here.

They are two seperate situations, actions, or positions. One thing is not the cause of all things.

If a person hated people from lg+ community, does he need to meet you to make him want you to die, or does he not feel that way before he met you?

you cannot blame yourself for the position of others. You are only responsible for your actions and choices, and the good or bad that comes from it.

you are a person, loved and respected, and cannot… no, should not carry the sins, the hate, and the evil for the rest of mankind. instead, you are only responsible for your sins, your hate, and your evil.

I’ve done literally nothing to deserve that crap so I ain’t buying it chief.

Your god made the cat mother ate her own children while she’s unaware of what’s really happening? Is that really something you should feel proud of?

I am a victim of that to which I pride myself in recognizing as a second language…I shall hang my head in shame, as I live by sarcasm!!!

I think, in all seriousness however, I was just so heated with this … other being who is being deliberate I believe in their arrogance and complete disregard for other people, that I honestly wasn’t open to parody/satire/sarcasm at the moment when you posted, and I lashed out, so again I do apologize even if you said it wasn’t necessary.

Luckily for me (or unluckily, as others would see it), I went to jesuit schools, conversion therapy (didn’t last long there though), demanding teachers to “harden me up”, all of it… I’ve heard every BS argument and fought against it.

Nothing really fazes me anymore.

My parents, who are now in their 60’s, look back at it and feel guilty of the things they put me through, but I try to see it as strength. No one can come to me with religious nonsense anymore; I. HAVE. HEARD. IT. ALL.

Right? It’s even starting to get a little too intense for me.

No, you probably have not.

None the less, it was the destiny of another to do it to you, because of their decided action.

So they are responsible for that hate, and you are responsible for what comes to you for what you do.

Haha, if it makes you feel better, I have been in the same position so, so many times. I wish I knew an immediate example, but really, it’s all good! I’m pretty darn sure it happens to everyone. Once you’re in that state of mind, it’s just so hard to get out of it, especially when it’s so difficult to decipher tone through text.

No offense taken whatsoever.

I was a CHILD how the heck could I be responsible for hatred at that age?
I didn’t need to be responsible then. I needed to be safe. And loved.

you are also responsible for all the hate you give. I hope you understand that.

You’re being judged under the lens of a culture that sees you already being vetted as marriage and breeding stock at that age.

Haha yes it is very nice to know I’m not the only one who gets hit with this from time to time.

Thank you!!

(I’d have given you a like as well, but it seems as though I’m fresh out for 7 hours? lmao)

This thread singlehandedly reminded me why despite preferring Horde I stay Alliance Proudmoore, here to voice I support diversity! This thread really… took a long turn oof

True, and that’s something that is hard to understand as a kid. It can be very sad and lonely growing up feeling less than because you don’t fit your parents expectations and you have yet to know that you are ok just as you are.

Ugh even here in the west I was under pressure to breed because my mom wanted grandchildren. I just told her “I’ll get you a puppy” and that was the end of that.

God does not make people or animals do something. They are designed with specific functionaltiy, just as we are. They made a choice in their programming to do that act. They made the choice, and justice will meet them on the day well appointed.

God is not responsible for that, the animal is. God, the most justice will give justice to the child to do that act back to the one that commit it. That is justice (an eye for an eye), or in this case to be killed in the way it was killed.

You cannot blame god for your action(s), just as the cat cannot. It is natural for humans to want to do that, but it is an inaccurate position one that comes from incorrect knowledge.
