I mean, yes. People like to play dress up. It’s not unique to WoW. Glamming is FF14’s real endgame and Fashion Souls is the only real reason to play a fromsoft game.

This isn’t really anything new. The people who enjoy collecting have always been doing this. I have always played for no reason other than to collect things and do content with my friends. But the real endgame has always been transmog and trophies from arena.
