What does par dungeon *kill XP* look like these days?

I debated whether starting this thread was truly necessary, but I’m bored at work so why not? As someone looking to potentially cycle level 60 alts, in full heirlooms to get the most out of rest XP, through follower dungeons as a core leveling experience, I have to wonder: how notable is “par dungeon” kill XP these days in WoW? I have no point of reference because I haven’t run a leveling, non-timewalking dungeon in years, and have recently returned to the game after a 2-year hiatus. I’m awar…

I can tolerate a pretty big hit to efficiency to use follower dungeons to level alts, I just want to know how big a hit it’ll be!
