Getting this error all morning long as I log in or change characters…its really getting obnoxious now. I am not DC from Bnet app either but it keeps telling me I am.
Here’s a similar thread from Tech Support. It suggests running the scan and repair as well as a UI Reset. Instructions for both can be found in the blue post:

Can you explain why I wasn’t getting it yesterday while playing the game then all sudden today this happens.

Not really no. My guess, based on the steps posted to resolve it, would be that either an addon has gone corrupt or possibly a game file has. But I couldn’t say with any certainty (nor do I often post in the Tech Support forums 
)

Well I did the scan and repair and guess what no more error…but bnet app stated after scan and repair that nothing was broke or bad…so again what caused the error to come up when it wasn’t my game or files being bad…and No I didn’t do reset of the UI either…so its not my system or my files or my addons giving me this error.
