Wow, doesn't feel like Warcraft anymore?

I can’t take anyone serious that can’t be bothered to use punctuation. I used the correct term to describe what this poster said.

Please, unplug from your alt-right content, you will thank me later.

Once we left world of bandits and local problems and went all halo mode traveling across the cosmos fighting the covenant along with bloated quest, currencies, storylines, crafting systems the game feels like developers just said here’s bunch unneeded crap but hey were giving you plenty to do but at the end of the day it’s huge train wreck with gold token shop sitting on top. Also why heck is blizzard lying about there population, at most retail only has 5 full realms and every other realm is little to none to keep it short I did /who type shaman on proudmoore only came up with 3. It’s very sad see WoW in this state.

classic wow if im not mistaken is counted as wow sub count and is more loved than modern wow which says how badly the new content is for OG wow fans who dont like the new direction.

Your comment just makes you look an ignorant fool.

I think it’s the same game but split up for different experiences. Classic or Hardcore for more of the original WoW experience and Retail for a more modernized experience. Either way it’s the same old game.

Eh, I wouldn’t say female minds, I would say it’s more writing for kiddie minds (while sprinkling in some SJW stuff). It’s more of a coincidence that the story appeals more to female minds, since it’s more “kiddie” than anything else imo

I chuckled hehe :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Yeah, there’s a lot of soft “men” on reddit for sure. I recall a recent thread (in AskReddit I think) where a dude was getting downvoted in the comments for saying he enjoys checking out hot women - it’s like, who doesn’t? :face_with_raised_eyebrow: Some real weirdos in some of the subs for sure

I can’t think of a single expansion that had a deep expansion story.

The blatant sexism in this thread is amazing.

Ummmm, TBC? Wrath?

Even Legion more recently had a good story

You’re just lying by saying there’s never been a good story

What was the “deep” over all story of TBC?

And Wrath? What was deep about it?

Specifics please.

Please reread what I said. Because I didnt say “good” (despite the fact I do believe every expansion over all story has been absolutely terrible).

I said deep.

So please explain how those stories were DEEP.

TBC didnt even have an over all story, and is close to the number 1 expansion that ruined the most lore characters.

Wrath just diluted what was a good story, by making it silly and saturday morning cartoonish.

Commas, don’t seem to get used properly anymore.

I tend to disagree with you almost always, but this comment is spot on.

Sorry you got me on luca. I looked it up and it seems to be a funny green doll, is that what you mean?

Anway, when you say a man with a feminine mind do you mean a man who is considering transgender?

Warcraft not feeling like warcraft anymore reminds me of how people complained about gnomes/goblins being added in Warcraft 2 and people complaining “its not medieval fantasy!” Or of people complaining when the draenei were added and we ended up with sci fi space ships.

Warcraft has CONSTANTLY changed. If anything it is its greatest strength. I am glad we have gotten ALOT more female/minority representation. Hell, all you need to do is look at the Kalimdor/Eastern Kingdoms loading screen to see how far we have come. And if Baldur’s gate 3 is any indication, having more diverse options are a GOOD thing, that has little if any true negative impact.

And I think people should acknowledge warcraft did, for good and ill, have alot of racist elements to it that Blizzard is trying to rectify.

We get it, you stopped developing at age 12. You can stop repeating this fact.

Tell me that you don’t understand depth, writing or the history of the game without actually saying those words verbatim.

Because news flash: Deathwing was an insane monster who did insane, monstrous things.

Starting to see the kind of crap I’ve been wading through off and on for the past month?

A lot of it is simply blizzard taking advantage of esg funds. The rest is simply adhering to regime religion.

Take chromie, what was once a joke (lol giant male dragon is a tiny female gnome) is very subtly passed off as a “trans” thing now. Not in any real way, but enough to get a check for it.

The weekly quest character is a giant muscular bodybuilder with a female voice.

All noteworthy leaders this expansion are women. That these leaders are all highly emotional, unprofessional, and get all of their followers killed in some way or form without player intervention is never addressed by any “feminist” who should be offended by this. Yet it’s never been about helping women, just hurting men.

Or take neeko from league of legends, a chameleon girl that can change into other people. Originally she had a voice line that said she was uncomfortable turning into men, which makes sense as a woman would be quite weirded out if they suddenly grew a “member” in their pants.

reddit, a site full of boys with a “condition” that can’t be mentioned here, immediately said neeko was a “lesbian” because of this. instead of clarifying the absurdity of that line of “logic,” they went full into it for profit during their performative “pride month” every june, that replaced their completely missing Christmas events.

or take another activision property, call of duty. call of duty vanguard was “based” on “true events” and used names of real people and a real event for its campaign. Not actually based on true events because they told so many lies that the family members of the real people they made into “villainous white men” sued activision successfully for $250,000,000.

of course all characters in the game are black men and asian women, the real people they are “based” on were all white men. There are plenty of real-life heroic stories of black men or women from world war 2 that activision COULD have told instead of swapping out real people for dei caricatures, but it’s never been about helping anyone just hurting white men.

i dont think these people understand esg scores and how its bad for buisness and how they think its an equality thing when its more of a you have to hire such and such for diversity check even if they are not qualified and for an employee to findout they were hired just by who they are and not what they can do is something no person likes which is why they ussually leave. and this whole esg score thing is only there because stupid big investing organizations are pushing this because some stupid belief its the moral thing when it hurts the companies those who are hired for “diversity only” and ruins evryones experience in said company or gets stuff from them. note i only mentioned 1 part of the esg the hiring thing.
