It’s happening on retail as well. With the pre-patch maintenance finishing, the authentication servers may be having a few issues.

well, give it some time to settle down, everyone and their sister’s cousin’s former roommates are probably trying to log in right now too.

Same here, just spins and then says disconnected.

Recommend players with demonstrated Blizzard loyalty over time, proven longevity and most importantly to the WoW creators, those players who have zero payment issues (for multi-years on end) be put into the Log-in cue ahead of those who Log-in for curiosity. Those in above categories have enabled this new experience and opportunity and should be afforded cue priority. Its an easy identifier on one’s account.

Hey all, I figured a main thread on this would be useful so folks know where to go for updates when we have them. We are aware that some folks are having trouble logging into the game or having their realm list come up. Our teams are looking into the issue. I’ll be sure to provide an update if I hear anything else.
