Hey all,

I figured a main thread on this would be useful so folks know where to go for updates when we have them.

We are aware that some folks are having trouble logging into the game or having their realm list come up. Our teams are looking into the issue.

I’ll be sure to provide an update if I hear anything else.

How about logging in to a character select screen, for your server, with no characters in it. That’s a bit scary…

Thank you for the heads up, are they also working on the issue were it seems to be the servers with high/full missing toons?

If we are stuck on a blank character screen, can we just wait and it will load or do we have to relog and hope it pops up?

Edit: Never mind, it all just loaded in. If you are stuck on a black character screen just wait a few minutes and it’ll load in.

Any idea why it is saying that i need to update my vidoe card driver, when it is updated?

Getting a black screen, no character list when I log in (realm: Thrall). Enter World and Delete Character buttons are greyed out. Can’t change realms or I get disconnected; error WOW51900300.

Finally got passed that “Realm loading screen”, but Im stuck on a blank character screen. No character appears and also cannot be found.

My guess is that it is taking awhile to load, Balanore, but I couldn’t say for certain.

same here. I managed to somehow log into one toon I haven’t played, on an older server, in likely ten plus years though. now, just nothing, different server, with the toons name from the old one, and the Orc background with nothing else.

All this and it’s just patch day, think how bad it’s gonna be on expansion release. Brings me back to true classic :slight_smile:

Tons of people on high pop realms aren’t having there characters show. There is also no create new character or delete character buttons. It’s completely broken. This seems to be unique to high pop and full servers only as all characters on medium and below show fine.

Thanks! I just finished a picture for my boyfriend’s birthday and a picture for his mom for Christmas so maybe something for me now lol
