I think most people here would say the same, and I agree with them. Most people would claim their angry post was not because of a game mechanic but because they felt the previous poster had been abusive towards them. You’re incorrectly ascribing other people’s anger to the game mechanic while claiming your motive is “pure” since it was in response to an abusive post. Like most people you don’t see the abusive posts when they come from someone who agrees with your position on the issue.

Hey you’re right. A lot of people did use it while still populating the world, but i’m betting a lot also abused it to basically afk in cities and still get their stuff. Yeah, flying pretty much is the biggest problem concerning world pvp, but damnit if RDF didn’t make it worse. It’s not just about sitting in cities, though. People randomly appearing and disappearing just outright sucks. I’m finding groups without issue with the current system personally, but i can see the allure of RDF. I would be perfectly content with RDF if it only placed people in groups and kept the teleportation feature out.

This is a fair point against adding rdf, and flying. Both damage wpvp. I could see blizzard eliminating both from pvp servers. But while it is a problem for those who want wpvp that issue doesn’t exist on pve servers. There’s simply no reason not to add rdf on pve servers with teleportation. The problem with adding rdf only on pve servers is I think it will make pvp servers almost dead. I could be wrong but I doubt many people will choose to play on a pvp server if they have to give up rdf to do it. But those of us who play on pve servers because we don’t like wpvp shouldn’t be punished to make the pvp servers work.

I agree with this. I had forgotten to mention that my gripe was mainly due to pvp reasons. Hoping they add it for pve, but i’m praying it stays out for pvp servers.

I’d be fine with that. Even though I don’t play on pvp servers I support them. I support any reasonable request that makes the game better for most people. But blizzard won’t do it. Who knows why. Either all servers will get rdf or none of them will. /sigh

Not a wrath feature. Head on over to retail for RDF, it wasn’t in original wrath until end of icc and it won’t be here. 
Hello friend. Try to be kind. Rdf wont be coming, and thats because forming your own group is the better experience. It seems you lack the ability to mesh with others and i have an idea that you’re a grey parser, toxic casuals are usually the ones who NEED rdf because any normal group won’t tolerate their behavior.

A complete fabrication. Forming your own group is not a good experience. From people that dont answer whispers, to no one looking for the dungeon you are looking for and just wanting to do the daily heroic.
I think its more that you guys are the toxic ones, look you brought up performance and toxic behavior without knowing anyone to make that judgement. Its my experience that people forming groups are toxic. Dont whisper you so you dont know what you are being invited for. People not going to the stone to help summon and ther flight paths being extremely slow so even a flight from Dalaran to flight paths close to dungeons take about 7 minutes.
Its a really bad experience unless you are just looking for the daily and you have the gear you want from heroics / raids.

Its an amazing experience. Perhaps you are not having luck due to your hateful attitude. Try being positive, i’m sure you’ll find more success. Also make sure you’re being effecient, no one likes a grey parser in 2022!

Its not a wrath feature and it was determined it would not be added. Good think the lead wrath dev is a sweaty parser, wrath would have turned out so bad if all you toxic underperforming casuals had your opinions listened to.
