Everytime we make the case for it you invalidate it. Theres been threads upon threads where we state the case and all that happens is the anti rdfers minimize it by talking about this supposed social fabric of the game that doesnt even exist.

I would shame nobody for not having the energy to step in-front of the likes of Dreamsphere, Dumbcake, and Own with an opposite opinion. It can only mean they are subjecting themselves to an onslaught of toxic hatred and personal attacks.
I’m happy to be a voice for those people, as I’m personally unaffected by such elementary behavior…not my first rodeo if you catch my drift.

When they announced no dungeon finder for WOTLK Classic, they basically told me not to bother playing it.

But this one time in WC I asked a warrior if they were the tank. They said yes. Whole run was silent after that, but the expectations were set, which is what Classic is all about. Setting your role in LFD wouldn’t establish expectations. It would only establish expectations. Can you see the problem with that?

I tried to get Corpsey to explain to me what he wanted if I were to group up. Word salad non-answer, then I asked if dead silence was ok in his group, accused me of baiting. It’s obvious they don’t want it for not wanting it’s sake at this point. They can’t answer simple yes no’s.

For all intents and purposes, I look at the “No RDF” announcement as probably a bold “filter”-play by Blizzard.
It seems clear what Blizzard would like to see from a “Classic” community, despite the expansion they’re in.
If you’re here whining about its removal…well, you’ve been filtered.

Yes, it seems clear that Blizzard would like to see Classic die and for all intents and purposes their poor decision making is doing a pretty solid job of making that happen.

Imagine saying half the playerbase has been filtered and should just quit, and then thinking that it would be healthy for the game.
Judging the likes of those in here who are being filtered, can’t say I’m feeling all that guilty. It’s better for everyone.

Well, all I can say is that Im happy some of these people arent designing any video game. Itd be about as dead as Classic Era is

There’s a reason the player base is at what maybe a tenth of what it was at its peak in wrath.
I will say, that if said people quit and never returned, I’d accept the lack of RDF. At least going forward, we wouldn’t have the same lack of intelligent people feeding bullcrap opinions to a company that already struggles with common sense.

Telling me Im wrong isnt the same thing as proving Im wrong which of course is the actual important part of the post you forgot to add to give your words any weight.
And mind you, you said I was wrong that we play in a game with no RDF and people are still able to group. You think Im joking when I say people are grouping in TBCC and theyre doing it without RDF. Thats not whats happening.

Honestly, that’s kind of how Retail works now. Blizz drove off the massive casual audience to appeal to a much smaller number of whales. That’s their target demographic now.

Classic Vanilla servers will see a boom. They always do. They were running for over a decade before the release of Classic Era.
You’re silly to think that Classic Era activity dissipating due to TBCC releasing is a permanent death spell for Vanilla servers.
Like it takes a supreme level of blinders to believe that.
I’ll grant him this - it’s in line with Blizzard’s godawfully horrific track record on communication.
