why dont they make a server that has RDF and A Server that has group finder for one’s that dont want RDF?
YEP, if they are so dead-set keeping the VERY FEW that have asked RDF to be kept out, they should do it on a RolePlaying server. For the rest of us, WE WANT ACTUAL WRATH OF THE LICH KING!
your an idiot troll. if ignorance is bliss you must be elated.
I’m older, have a wife - 2 kids (admittedly the kids are grown and 1 of them is out of the house) and a puppy… I work 50-60 hours a week since I’m “salaried” and i dont have time to “play” a game when it takes over 20 minutes to get to a dungeon by foot after sitting in the looking for group channel for an hour or 3.
Please put rdf in so real people that have real lives can enjoy doing a dungeon or 2 in the limited play time. I’m starting to question why did i come back, just doesnt remind me of the olden days of wow…
For the record, I’d gladly re-roll brand new without having any boosts/bonus of any kind on a realm that was locked with RDF built in.
This is the same tired a** argument people used when LFD was first introduced as the social aspect of the game was literally dying. Before LFD people had friends across different guilds. Within a year of LFD, only guildies talked to each other. Now, only handfuls of people in a guild interact on retail. It’s become a solo game. We’re trying to stop classic from going the same route. If you love LFD that much, go back to retail.
Agreed.
Hell, I’d pay a higher subscription for a server with RDF.
…the irony of this is just too much. His very own comment about trolling is him trolling, ignorantly. He offers zero evidence or points. He just calls someone a name. We don’t even know who. I doubt his ignorance is very blissful.
LOL, right? Can we pay someone at Blizz to hear us? Who do we tip?
Except that its already happening. People only talk in Guild chat… sometimes. At the moment most Guilds are full of people with no one talking because they are too focused on leveling.
Plus it was never LFD that killed social aspects, it was LFR that did that and that tool didn’t come in till Cataclysm. Making the LFD tool exist in Classic changes nothing because the social aspect of WoW died a long time ago and already transferred to Classic.
Spend time in any city for more than 5 minutes and outside of people spamming LF or LFG all the time, there is no actual conversation happening in game at all for general channels.
So stop the excuses and just drop the LFD tool already. The community in WoW is already dead.
right now in classic its becoming the same thing people spam for dungeons and the only try time people talk are in guilds and barely
because im tired of trying to have an intelligent conversation with someone only to realize its just another rdf/clasicandy alt.
Yeah.
#Metoo
They could make every server have RDF except one, and the one anti RDF server would not be full or have a queue time.
I would be down for actual WOTLK Classic servers, with RDF.
seems to me most people complaining about rdf are pvp’ers who dont want it because they cant gatekeep and they lose the chance to gank lowbies at dungeon entrances. so… make pvp servers rdf free and pve servers with rdf.
blizzard why cant you hear us we are the community asking for something that we had that you guys added in the og version of the game that didnt kill anything about social i remember going to those dungeons having more social in the dungeons then i had outside of RDF cuz no one was in to talking and stuff and this was be4 RDF release we pay money we play the game and also some of us pay for your boster’s but we cant be heard we dont get a say how we should have fun in a game?
Over 5k posts on this thread and we can’t even get a single blue post to address this or at least acknowledge this thread exists? Its the most active thread I can see and it’s no longer even in the top threads on the main page? Hmm…
im probably not gonna play for about 3 or 4 month’s and see how things go be4 i pay for wow again dont enjoy being annoyed and not heard
No it doesn’t.
You mean the patch we’re currently on?
LOL… yeah. Imagine giving up walking to the dungeon together!
"We know that the Classic audience is more interested in long-term social engagement, that feeling that comes from reaching out to people, talking to them about how you’re going to group, trying to coordinate, who’s going to do what role walking to the dungeon together, trying to figure out how you’re going to get to the dungeon, who’s going to summon, maybe run into a PVP fight on the way,” Birmingham says. “And then you finally get in there and you have friends that stick together with you."
Hilarious read, for sure.
I pity your grammar.
